The Employer of Choice survey is an annual survey conducted amongst a student base comprising of undergraduates from both local Universities and private institutions, from all streams including management, science and engineering faculties.
This result shows that Unilever Sri Lanka continues to be the “Top of mind” company amongst the many undergraduates in Sri Lanka.
The main drivers for undergraduates to choose their employer are the total package of salary offered, amount of learning on the job, position/designation in the company, degree of flexibility in terms of working hours, and the job content.
