This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signifies a shared commitment to enhancing the professional expertise of HNB FINANCE’s staff in credit management, ultimately leading to a more efficient and customer-centric experience.
Under the first phase of this MoU with the AIA, branch managers across HNB FINANCE’s extensive branch network will have the opportunity to study diploma courses in credit management, and this opportunity will be extended to everyone from the management level to the sales development officers.
This initiative underscores HNB FINANCE’s dedication to fostering a workforce of highly skilled professionals, encompassing all levels from senior management to entry-level positions.

The Sri Lanka Institute of Credit Management (SLICM) will provide internationally recognised certificates to HNB FINANCE staff upon successful completion of the diploma programs led by AIA’s esteemed faculty.
