The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Dialog Axiata was the largest on the CSE.
Chairman Datuk Azzat Kamaludin, Director/Group Chief Executive Dr. Hans Wijayasuriya, Director Mr. Moksevi Prelis, Group Chief Operating Officer Mr. Azwan Khan, and CSE Chairman Mr. Vajira Kulatilaka, CEO Mr. Rajeeva Bandaranaike and the Senior Management from Dialog and CSE, and CEO of NDB Investment Bank Mr. Darshana Perera took part in the Market Opening Ceremony.

From an operations perspective; our listing on the Exchange and the maturity of the governance structure of the Exchange is an ever present bell of consciousness when making financial decisions which will affect our shareholders,” Group Chief Executiveof Dialog Axiata PLC Dr. Hans Wijayasuriya said.
“The Dialog share issue set a number of benchmarks for the companies to be listed on the CSE.
Every element of the IPO was trendsetting; the prospectus was intended to give potential investors as much information as possible in addition to which they engaged with a number of their foreign and local investors and has continued to do so through roadshows.
The Fund Managers that were attracted through these roadshows continue to trade in the Sri Lankan capital market,” Chairman of CSE Mr.Vajira Kulatilaka said.
