Under the consultation of veteran marketing and sales strategist Nandana Wickramage, Sunshine Consumer embarked on the first stage of Project Delta for its sales transformation, focusing on a comprehensive assessment of the existing sales structure, sales systems, and the dedicated sales workforce.
Building on the insights gathered in stage one, stage two ushered in transformative recommendations.
These forward-thinking proposals have outlined the importance of agility, digitalization, and customer-centricity in reshaping its sales operations.
Furthermore, stage two of Project Delta has paved a path for the company to leverage cutting-edge technologies, harness data-driven insights, and empower its sales workforce with the skills and tools needed to excel in a more dynamic business landscape.

During the first quarter of the current financial year (1QFY24), the company reported a 21% YoY increase in revenue to close at Rs. 4.7 billion and accounted for 35% of Sunshine Group revenue for the period.
Consumer local business showcased strong performance with consumer brands—Zesta, Watawala, Ran Kahata and Daintee—continued to grow market share.
