Launched in 2019, the Ritzbury Mawbimata Weerayek program enhances the company’s support for national athletics.

Tharushi, as a rising star in Sri Lankan athletics, secured a Gold medal in the 800m at Asian Athletics Championships 2023 setting a new record and also won Gold in the 800m sprint at the 19th Asian Games, showcasing her resilience through the Ritzbury ‘Mawbimata Weerayek’ program.
Dilhani, with her relentless pursuit, Aruna, the athlete hailing from a humble background have qualified for the 2024 Olympics, demonstrating a promising future and inspiring athletes nationwide.
