The Company won two prestigious awards for its leading work in creating an inclusive workplace for women to thrive and succeed in their roles.


Union Assurance was recognised as ‘One of Sri Lanka's Most Outstanding Women-Friendly Workplaces’ while also emerging as the category winner of the ‘She Thrives Award’, in acknowledgment of the Company having the most female-friendly culture in the Sri Lankan workplace.
