Sanasa Life Insurance launches a series of trainings for the staff

Businesscafe - Sanasa Life Insurance, a leading brand in the insurance industry, is implementing a series of outdoor training programmes for its staff members.

The initiative is aimed at ensuring the betterment of the staff, and led by the Human Resources and Recruitment Department and Human Resources and Training and Development Department.


The purpose of this programme is to provide the necessary knowledge, and develop attitudes, skills and communication skills of the sales force and other officers, thereby motivating them to move towards future plans.


It is planned to have all the officers of the Company participate in six batches for this programme, which is being organised with the resources of Cognito Asia Outbound Training in Sri Lanka.


Three teams have participated in it so far.


The training session, which is held in a luxury hotel complex in Hikkaduwa, focuses on developing the participants' personality, team spirit, communication skills and common sense.

Over the past, Sanasa Life Insurance has become a remarkable brand in the insurance sector by securing many local and international awards including the Award for the Fastest Growing Insurance Company in the country.


At present, the Company is expanding its branch network, and has nearly 100 branches all over the island.
