Among the outstanding individuals recognised at the event were Kubenthiran Tharmalingam, Zonal Manager – Agency, Udeha Indrajith, Zonal Manager – Agency, Nilushan Fernando, Senior Manager - Reinsurance, Life Operations and Thifya Sivanathan, Regional Manager – Agency who emerged as winners in the ‘Great Manager for Driving Results and Execution Excellence’ category. Riznad Hussain, Head - Marketing Operations and Asangi Wickramaratne, Manager - People Operations were awarded the ‘Great Manager for Aligning Organisational Vision’.
