Restabilising mental health for success Deshan Amarasinghe s 5D concept gaining popularity

Businesscafe - Recently, motivational speaker Deshan Amarasinghe launched ‘5D’ concept to restabilise mental health to achieve dreams and success.

The five elements of this unique concept are Dream, Duty, Discipline, Dedication and Determination.

The 5D concept has already been accepted by 21 countries, including Europe, India, and Dubai.

Labelled a harbinger of success and a guide to revitalising their thinking patterns, this pure Sri Lankan concept is getting noticed and queried by many people across the globe, making Sri Lanka immensely proud.

Here is what Deshan Amarasinghe had to say about 5D concept:

Q: What do you mean by the ‘5D’ concept?

A: In my opinion, everything in the world starts from human thoughts.

Everything based on human ideas is compelling too.

The five elements of this unique concept are Dream, Duty, Discipline, Dedication and Determination.

When you have a dream, you must work hard to make it a reality.

First, you need to realise that dream.

Then you need to fulfil your duties.

You must ensure you complete your duties for your customers and those closest to you.

The third is discipline. It is imperative to be disciplined if you wish to become an organised person with time management skills.

Being able to manage time more effectively is done through discipline. Fourthly, dedication.

Many things can be achieved through dedication.

Finally, determination has been introduced through the 5D concept.

Determination paves a new path to achieving your dreams.

A person or an organisation can achieve any goal or dream using this concept.

For a nation to fulfil its intents or purposes, 5D is a great tool.

Q: What were the responses to this novel concept from the community?

A: Many people talked about the concept enthusiastically and expressed their interest in it.

There are various concepts in the world for development and success, and the 5D concept is a model that helped to complete the work successfully in a short time.

Furthermore, as a Sri Lanka, I am proud to introduce this concept in 21 countries as a ‘Conceptualised in Sri Lanka’ concept.

Many countries, amidst the depression created by the pandemic, have been using this concept as the perfect solution.

During the pandemic, most people’s attention was focused on preventing the disease, the spread of the virus and saving lives.

While it should be the case, the deteriorating mental health was the worst side effect of the pandemic, which was quite impactful.

Recognising this sensitivity, the concept of 5D was introduced as a remedy, and many people have recognised it as an efficient concept.

Q: What ability/abilities of a person will be discussed by implementing the 5D concept?

A: A person’s thinking power and talent are presented through this concept.

Anyone can make their dreams come true through that.

Unlike the academic knowledge obtained by subject matter, this concept includes the ability to act and control emotions and the thinking power of the individual.

It happens positively. If the individual can adjust his feelings and attitudes in a socially friendly manner through dedication, determination and discipline, he can successfully reach his goals.

Educational qualification and thinking skills are two different abilities.

5D is the power of thought that awakens information analysis.

This thinking power and capacity can be as important as educational skills and sometimes even more critical in achieving a goal.
