In this role, Pubudini will be responsible for leading the company’s South Asian business operations, including sales, marketing & customer success.

Pubudini brings over 5 years of experience in the ICT industry to MiHCM.
She previously served as Head of Business Development at Veracity AI (Veracity Group), and has also held leadership positions at Third Space Global and Creately.
Her experience and exposure spans Education, Tech & Start-ups, Real Estate, Airlines, Banking & Hospitality in UAE, Thailand and Sri Lanka.

As the General Manager of MiHCM, Pubudini is committed to delivering exceptional value to clients, helping organisations to transition to digital HR leveraging a portfolio of innovative products & solutions.
She will lead the enterprise, corporate, and small business & medium business development, delivery & support operations.
She will also lead partner engagement working closely with strategic business partners in South Asia to drive MiHCM growth.
All the key leads of respective business units will report to her under this new transition.
She will also be supported by business leads of group marketing, partnerships & corporate planning divisions to accelerate the South Asian business.
