A: “The Capstone Project is meant to provide students the experience with industry tools that they are going to use, supporting them to begin their careers more easily.
It is year-long industry-linked project that all final year students take up.
It is meant to give them vital experience with the practical tools and scenarios they will encounter working in their fields after graduation.”
Q: How does this project facilitate industry exposure for students?
A: “There are a few pathways we facilitate.
Some students directly apply for and are interviewed by companies who sponsor Capstone.
Others are placed into industry projects in student groups.
There are also those doing client-sponsored projects on campus under supervisor guidance.
So various options promote direct industry learning.”
