Rajeev Wijethunga of Ratmalana was drawn from more than a thousand shoppers who made purchases of Rs 5,000 or more at Odel in the five days preceding Valentine’s Day, to receive the two return air tickets to Paris, the romance capital of the world.
Ten more shoppers won weekends for two on full board basis at the Centara Ceysands Resort and Spa in Aluthgama, while 10 prize winners received Odel shopping vouchers to the value of Rs 5,000 each.
“Odel has always been a preferred shopping destination among those searching for the perfect gift for Valentine’s Day, and this year was no exception,” said Ms Desiree Karunaratne, Group Marketing Director of Softlogic Holdings, under which company the Odel retail chain operates.
“A lot of effort goes into ensuring that a wide array of suitable clothing, accessories and gift items are in store for Valentine’s Day.
This year, the shopping experience was enhanced further with fabulous prizes on offer to shoppers making Odel truly that magical destination to shop at for loved ones.”
