Altair hosts cocktail and presentation at The St. Regis, Singapore

Colombo’s showpiece residential high-rise development Altair has received an enthusiastic response from audiences in Singapore following a presentation there earlier this month, promoter Indocean Developers reports.

A cocktail and presentation at The St. Regis, one of Singapore's most exclusive hotels, was attended by Sri Lanka’s Deputy Minister of Investment Promotion, Higher Education and Highways Hon. Eran Wickramaratne MP, and theActing High Commissioner for Sri Lanka in Singapore H.E. Vipulatheja Wishwanath Aponsu.

Projected to be a game changer in contemporary living that will bring a new dimension in aesthetics to Colombo’s skyline, Altair will comprise of two tower blocks, one of 63 storeys which leans in to a taller, 68-storey tower, at Sir James Peiris Mawatha, Colombo 2, the former Colombo Commercial Co. property.


Its 400 apartments will offer residents spectacular views of the Beira Lake, the Indian Ocean and the city of Colombo. The building is scheduled for completion in 2017.
