Turkish Airlines on the hunt for new cockpit crew to join the team

Turkish Airlines has announced it is recruiting for up to 600 more cockpit crew with vacancies for Captains, First Officers and Flight Instructors now available and open to everyone.

The airline is presently seeking to fill a wide range of positions for a number of their fleet including the B737, A320, A330, A340 and the B777. Both type-rated and non-type rated Captains and First Officers are required immediately – to fly both narrow and wide body aircraft.

Additionally, Turkish Airlines requires Synthetic Flight Instructors and Flight Instructors to join its highly skilled and ever expanding training team.

A London recruitment road show will take place at both Gatwick and Stansted Airports on 13th, 14th and 15th April where all are welcome.


This show will give potential candidates a real flavour of the Turkish Airlines brand and philosophy and a first introduction to working for the airline.


Successful workshops have already taken place in Amsterdam, Moscow, Kiev and Rome with plans for ten further workshops this year.

Currently there are a total of 4014 cockpit crew, 700 of which are international.
