The highly anticipated fashion event will take place from the 1 to 4 October 2014 and will feature a variety of talented designers. Jetwing has partnered with the prestigious annual event since its inception and this Resort Show will celebrate the historic town of Negombo, where the first HSBC CFW Resort Wear Show was held in 2012.
Negombo is a vibrant town with one of the most beautiful beaches on the western coast and a thriving fishing industry. Catamarans are one of the most iconic features of Negombo which is fast becoming a popular tourist destination. Amidst a colourful cultural and historical setting along the coast, Jetwing Blue and Jetwing Beach will play host to the highly anticipated Resort edition of the CFW show.

The Jetwing Blue and Jetwing Beach hotels will complement the collections of the established and up-and-coming designers that will be featured at the show. The hotels offer professional venues with beautiful settings that will enhance the creative work being displayed by the designers. This season will also highlight the Fashion + Food series of CFW. Jetwing will host a Michelin star chef from Paris and an internationally acclaimed Malaysian chef who will provide delightful cuisines every evening. The chefs are to bring in a design element to the show from the culinary arts. There will be special menus available on 1 and 2 October, the day of the ‘Bright Spark’ shows and the menus will continue to evolve until the show comes to a close on 5 October at Jetwing Blue and Jetwing Beach. The HSBC CFW Resort Show will end with a fabulous themed after-party on 4 October at the Jetwing Blue lawn following the final show. Anticipated to be the party event of the season, tickets for the after party will be available at 32 Ward Place and Jetwing Blue.
