One of the main brand service surveys in the country, LMD'S online Customer Excellence Survey garnered over 2,800 responses over a period spanning from 15 July to 15 September 2022.
The poll covered 22 categories of service organisations and participants were asked to name their favourite establishment in each segment for service excellence.
The results list up to 20 organisations cited by survey participants in order of the most number of votes cast.
