In 2017 alone, a fifth global office was opened in the United Kingdom, and the company hired more than 100 additional qualified personnel globally to service enterprise clients in the UK, Europe and Australia.

In 2018 we are looking to increase our engineering strength by recruiting the smartest graduates and providing them with inspiring workplaces to develop solutions for our customers.”
In 2017 Mitra Innovation won the WSO2 Ballerina Hackathon against stiff competition and was also awarded the esteemed ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate from the British Standards Institution.
ISO 9001 certification ensures that the right processes are in place to deliver excellence in quality and also brings predictability to the work undertaken.

We have identified support services as an area of business opportunity and we have certified professionals to assist our customers through levels one, two and three of technical support” Dammika explains.

Ashok Suppiah – CEO
Ashok is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully started several tech companies over his 20-year career. With a passion to innovate using pioneering technology, he has helped over 40 startup clients including edocs Inc (part of Oracle). As a founding member of Virtusa Corp (VRTU), a global SI which he helped grow to $280M in USA, UK and Asia. His clientele included British Telecom, JP Morgan, American Express, Citibank and Siemens.
Dammika Ganegama - MD
Dammika is an inspirational leader with nearly 20 years of experience in running large mission critical software engineering projects, quality assurance teams, heading operations for a KPO/ BPO services firm and Program management. Dammika leads our talented and creative product engineering team. Previously a strategic consultant at IBM Global Business Services leading critical strategic enterprise programs, and Account Head at Virtusa Inc. (VRTU) managing several Fortune 500 clients.
Derek Bell - COO
Derek is an experienced and accomplished business leader with a proven track record of success, managing very large programmes, big five SI management and enterprise-wide IT initiatives. He is also an Agile expert and has mastered the art of outsourcing. Derek spent much of his career at British Telecom (ADR) in various capacities including IT Programme Director, COO BT Rich Media and head of Portfolio Strategy for BT Wholesale. He launched 40+ apps in 18 months, founded BT’s corporate venture and developed customer centric product strategy for annual revenues of c. £3.7Bn plus c. £8Bn internal trade.
