The agreement was inked recently by signatories Janaka Abeysinghe, Chief Executive Officer, Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (SLT), and Dr. K. A. Lalithadheera, Director General, Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission. Senior officials from both institutions also participated in the event.
