President Mahinda Rajapaksa declared open the Mahindodaya Technological Laboratory built at Buttala Dutugemunu Maha Vidyalaya, yesterday (04).
President Rajapaksa after vesting the building with the students said all students will get an equal opportunity to follow the science and mathematics streams for the Advanced Level with the establishment of Mahindodaya technological laboratories.
He pointed out that the government has initiated Mahindodaya Technical Laboratories program to develop 1000 secondary schools with modern amenities with the aim of providing equal educational rights for urban, rural and estate children in all areas.(KH)
