The event was the springboard for Spring & Summer to introduce changes to the Loyalty Programme - bringing it into a modern era, where personalisation and individualised reward systems continue to grow in demand.
The programme now offers tier-based rewards - Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze, and will offer long-standing customers a far more personalised service and loyalty rewards programme.

The event that welcomed Spring & Summer’s top 100 customers held an experiential service provision including access to Personal Stylists to aid with clothing make-overs and style selection; and set the tone for the contemporary clothing brand amongst their customers.
