The certificate awards ceremony, which was held at the HNB FINANCE Head Office Auditorium in Nawala, was graced by HNB FINANCE Managing Director/CEO Chaminda Prabhath along with other senior members from the company, as well as Prof. Gamini Alwis, Dr. Navaratna and Prof. Dharmadasa from the University of Colombo, who played a key role in ensuring the successful operation and completion of the 1-year programme.
This year, the course saw the participation and successful graduation of 72 individuals, all of whom are regional managers, managers and assistant managers at HNB FINANCE PLC.
With the recommendation of Managing Director/CEO Chaminda Prabhath, the company spearheaded this programme to further expand knowledge among all staff members holding managerial positions.
The commencement of such knowledge-building programmes at HNB FINANCE are also a testament to the company’s longstanding assurance of being one of Sri Lanka’s best workplaces, guaranteeing great growth potential for one’s career as well as knowledge.
